Arches Drops Timed Entry for 2026, With Two Exceptions
Arches National Park doesn't require timed-entry reservations in 2026. Fiery Furnace hikes and Devils Garden Campground still need reservations.
Arches National Park has no timed entry required in 2026. The park says visitors may enter at any time during operating hours.
Two things still need a reservation:
- Fiery Furnace: both self-guided and ranger-led hikes.
- Devils Garden Campground.
You still need a valid entrance pass, sold online at Recreation.gov or at the entrance station. On busy days, expect entrance lines and limited parking at popular spots, especially on weekends and holidays. The park says vehicles may be diverted from the entrances when areas become too congested.
Our take: no time slot to plan around, but on a busy weekend, arrive early, as the park suggests.
Try it: Plan around the season with Moab by season, or browse the Moab hub for canyoneering, UTV and bike operators.
