How we build listings
- We list US businesses running ticketed action and adventure activities from a fixed activity list, one page per location.
- Each listing needs a real name, city, state and official website. Phone is optional.
- Sources, in order: association locators (USPA, PASA, USHPA), the operator's own site, then state tourism and official concession lists. Another directory is never the only source.
- We skip closed businesses, activities off the list, and broken or outdated operator sites.
- A person reviews each batch before it's published, and pages are checked again after. We don't invent operators, addresses or details.
- We don't visit or test operators, and listings aren't endorsements. Confirm details with the operator.
- “Last checked” changes automatically when details change. “Something wrong?” reports a fix.
- Guides are drafted with help from automated tools, then reviewed by the Seeking Adrenaline team. The team is Jonathan plus our QA and oversight checks: a review before publishing, a check after each update ships, and the build checks behind the points on this page. Founder-reviewed guides say so in their byline.
- Some operators pay for Premium (photos, story, sort-first).
