How we find, check and update listings
A listing on Seeking Adrenaline is a short profile of one adventure business: what it runs, where it is, and how to reach it. The details come from operators' own websites. Dates, prices and rules can change, so confirm them with the operator before you go.
How we find listings
We look for adventure operators activity by activity and town by town. Each business is added as one company, even when it has more than one listing. Two listings with the same website or phone number count as the same company.
What we check on every new listing
Before a listing goes live, it gets a completeness check. We look for the business name, the town from its street address, the activity, the website and the phone number, plus ages and season where the operator posts them.
If the operator's site leaves a field blank, we leave it blank too. We don't guess.
How we keep listings fresh
We aim to recheck each listing about every 6 months, on a staggered schedule. Between rechecks, we also spot-check that businesses are still open and their websites still work.
An operator that is closed for the season, or closed for a while, stays listed with a short note on its card. A business we confirm has closed for good comes off the site.
What "Dates and prices checked" means
Some pages end with a line such as "Dates and prices checked Oct 2026." It names the month we last compared that page's dates and prices with the operators' sites. The line only appears on pages that show dates or prices. Things can change after that month, so confirm with the operator before you go.
How we set a listing's town
A listing's town is the town in the operator's street address. We never set it from a phone area code.
Paid placement
Premium and Founding Partner members can appear near the top of browse lists. Payment doesn't change what a listing says.
For operators
If you run a listed business, you can claim your listing or send a correction through our contact page. We compare your correction with your website and update the listing when they match.

Do you take bookings?
No. Each listing links to the operator, and you book with them directly. Some guide pages also link to Viator, where you book with Viator and we earn a commission.
