Terms
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These terms are the rules for using seekingadrenaline.com. They are not legal advice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is
Seeking Adrenaline is an independent public directory of action and adventure operators in the United States. It is not a booking site, travel agency, or the operator. We do not sell tickets, take payment for trips, or go with you.
There is no paid listing plan for sale today. Free listings may show an official website and phone. We do not add a booking button today.
Listings can be wrong
We work from operator websites and official public lists. Pages can still be incomplete, out of date, or missing. Check with the operator before you spend money or show up. If you see a mistake, email jonathan@seekingadrenaline.com.
The site is provided as is. We do not promise that every listing is complete or current.
You use the operator, not us
If you book, pay, sign a waiver, or get hurt, that is between you and the operator. Seeking Adrenaline is not responsible for the trip, the operator’s safety, their prices, or their website.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Seeking Adrenaline is not liable for damages that come from using this directory. If a court says we are liable anyway, that amount will not be more than you paid us to use the site. Today that amount is zero.
Claiming a page
Claim this page is a request to correct or manage a listing. Sending the form does not mean we verified you. We may ask for proof that you work at that company. We may refuse or reverse a claim.
By submitting the form you give us permission to publish the listing details you send (name, phone, website, and corrections) on that public page.
Allowed use
Use the site to find operators and to request a claim. Do not copy the directory as your own product. Do not use it to spam operators. Do not try to break the site.
US only
The directory covers the United States. We do not offer international listings today.
Not affiliated
Seeking Adrenaline is not affiliated with the United States Parachute Association (USPA), the Professional Air Sports Association (PASA), or the United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (USHPA).
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top is the current version.
