Central Rock Gym Chelsea is an indoor climbing gym with programs for every level, from a first visit to advanced training. Many climbing classes come included with membership, and a First Time Climbers guide helps new visitors get started. Yoga and fitness classes run through the week and are free for members, with day passes for non-members. Private coaching covers climbing and fitness goals, and summer kids programs build skills, strength and confidence on and off the wall.
