Elk Mountain sits north of the Poconos in the Endless Mountains, with 180 skiable acres and 27 trails for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. Lifts start loading at 8:30 a.m., and night skiing runs Thursday through Saturday when scheduled. The ski school is a PSIA member using the American Teaching System, with more than seventy-five trained instructors for every level. A rental shop, ski shop and slopeside dining with house-made soups round out a winter day.
