LA Freediving provides Los Angeles-based AIDA and PFI freediving instruction with local knowledge of Southern California water. Courses run from an introduction to freediving through AIDA 2, taught by national and world-record holder Alasdair Boyd. Students use area pools and open water; gear is directed to specialty shops in Redondo.
