Can Anyone Do Indoor Skydiving?

Most healthy first-timers can do a supervised tunnel flight. Tunnels set their own **age, height, and weight** rules. An instructor flies with you. You do not need prior skydiving experience. Seeking Adrenaline does not certify tunnels and does not override a tunnel’s medical or weight call.

If a sentence still works after swapping “anyone can tandem,” rewrite it — the limits are tunnel-specific, not dropzone tandem rules.

Quick Facts

Who Should Ask First

Pregnancy, recent surgery, neck or back issues, uncontrolled conditions, or anything your doctor flagged for high-intensity activity — ask the tunnel and your clinician before you book. Do not invent a universal medical chart here.

FAQ

**Do I need to be athletic?** Basic mobility helps. You are not running a marathon. Follow the brief.

**Can I go alone?** Adults usually can. Minors need the tunnel’s guardian rules.
