Zipline Weight Limits

Last Updated: September 2026

Zipline tours post a minimum and a maximum weight because the brake and the harness are rated. Many commercial courses publish a minimum and a maximum somewhere in the **50–70 lb** to **250–280 lb** neighborhood. Some yards sit tighter. Seeking Adrenaline does not set those numbers. Use the line on that official website.

Quick Facts

  • Min and max both exist
  • The scale at check-in is not optional at many yards
  • Exceeding the max is a turn-around, often no refund
  • Kids miss the minimum more often than adults expect

Why the Max Exists

The trolley and brake are built for a range. Over it is not a negotiation.

Why the Min Exists

Too light and you may not finish the line or sit the harness correctly.

FAQ

**Can I wear a weighted vest to make min?** Ask them before you pay. Do not invent a workaround in the lot.
